I visited this location in the morning around 1115 went through the drive-through when I got to the drive-through not one person greeted me I seen in about at least four employees standing around talking to each other one employee making drinks but stopping to talk. I had one drink and an ice water and it took A total of almost 10 minutes to get my drink, and before I was even greeted after placing my order at the drive-through there were no cars in front of me no cars behind...
showed up with my grandmother, she's super hard of hearing but the staff was so patient and friendly with her, the iced vanilla latte i ordered was also gas, i WILL be coming here again
Coffee was hot and tasty. Service was friendly and even mentioned that I could get a free refill of the regular coffee as I was sitting inside. The store is large, beautiful, and has many tables to sit at and the cutest patio. Place is great for hanging out or studying…. super spacious.
