The young girl working the drive-thru window at 11:00 pm on 1/1/2024 was kind of rude. Just handed me my order without a word and didn't even acknowledge me when I thanked her. I get it, it's not a fun job -- I've also worked food service when I was younger. But a modicum of amicability towards a customer can go a long way.

I ordered 3 hard shell tacos and drove 5 minutes to my work. When I opened the bag, the 3 tacos were cold and the shell had melted away at the bottom and stuck to the bag - where it caked on. It was clear they had been made before I placed my order and sat in a wrapper where they collected condensation, melted the shells, then solidified them to the wrapper. The wait time was very, very long as well. I don't think I will be returning to this location.
