Ordered in the app for pick up at 5:40. Show up at 5:45 and not ready. Keep in mind, we had a snow storm today it was extremely slow. Asked and they forgot to start it, said it would be right up. Good, not a problem as it happens. Wait another 15 minutes and nothing. I watched to people say “I’m goin on break” and walk outside only to come in wreaking of pot. Still no order by the way. Greasy-burnt-fried chicken. Idk if the grease is old or if it’s too hot, but every time I’ve eaten there since Jan 2020 it’s been disgusting! I’m giving up on this location if not off all together.
Today my visit was the worst ever!!!! the Gratiot location kfc is just horrible I had to repeat my order at least 4 times before they could even have my one single meal plain and simple nothing special bout my order even correct like come on dude!!! And when I asked to speak to a manager on shift he responded "your looking at him" wow!!!!
