“Huge Karen on the scene, with the haircut and everything!! My cousin had her 21st birthday here. We had 3 lanes for 16 people, and the place to ourselves after an earlier party had left. My kids had never bowled. And, as I'm coaching them, this lady comes up and says I can't stand on the unused approach to coach my kids because another party will use these lanes... which is fine, except for the fact that the place was EMPTY, save two other bar patrons. They could not possibly use any of the other 7 lanes, oh no, it had to be THAT lane, and IMMEDIATELY (despite this phantom party's absence) whatever... I continued to do my best to coach without using the unused approach... but karen obviously didn't like my shirt or something, because right after that exchange everyones lane "timed out". lanes that were already paid for and actively being used.... classy. The rest of the staff was awesome, and the pizza, flavorful, with topings and cheese piled high. But some people just can't let others enjoy things. And as much fun as I had watching my kids topple pins, and as much as I enjoyed the pizza, I left with a bad taste in my mouth for Pintown because of that lady with the awful haircut, and her need to need to be the solution to a problem that didn't exist. 5 stars for everyone else. Zero stars for Karen.“

“I am sure I freaked them out when I called on a Monday and asked Jets to deliver 44 large pizzas of four kinds to the Saginaw Club on April 15 for a special event. Every thing arrived right on time, it took two deliveries, and the pizzas were gobbled up. Thanks.“

“If you are looking for a lovely space to share a meal with your people, look no further than this mom and pop shop in Saginaw. Some coworkers and I stopped in driving through to a Ragnar relay, and they welcomed us with open arms and warm food. The chicken pesto penne is spectacular, and get the signature pizza. You will not be disappointed. 5/5 stars, nothing less. Thank you y’all for your dedicated hard work!“

“We ordered delivery for a pizza, Howie bread with sauce & a 2 liter. When the driver came, the sauce was forgotten, but I told her it was no big deal, things happen. “Was in the area and I decided to stop here to get alil something to eat as I don't have any Papa John's around where I live. As this beín my first time ever I didn't know what to get so I went with the basic pepperoni and cheese and the garlic bites and was it delicious. Way better than Little Caesars 😉 and worth the extra couple of dollars & staff was friendly and great doing their job so I Highly recommend stopping by for a bite to eat 😋

My mother, who is sometimes skeptical of trying out new restaurants, was in town for the first time in awhile and I took her to Jenn’s and she was thoroughly impressed with the food quality, overall cost, down home atmosphere and Stella’s welcoming service. “My name in Eric. I had a long 23 days of work in a row and all I wanted was a great pepperoni pizza with some special instructions. I was at the State Street Saginaw location on Tuesday October 17. And I didn’t get his name but a young man who took care of me did an amazing job with my instructions and FINALLY a pizza place..LITTLE CAESARS AND THE EMPLOYEE got it. Great job. Now my whole family and friends all over Michigan will have of this. It was just like I remembered as a kid with my Grandparents. Thanks Illitch family and GO TIGERS!!!!“

“I didn’t catch his name but had a really good experience with a delivery order.
I noticed that the website changed the address, so I called the store immediately after my order.
Delivery is through DoorDash at this store, so he wrote down my info and said he’d pass on.
He called back when driver arrived because apparently it’s against DoorDash policy to deliver to different address.. 🙄
Employee kept apologizing (even though it wasn’t even his fault!) and argued with the driver until the driver gave in and said he’d deliver.
Pizza showed up 8 minutes later.
Some of the best customer service I’ve had, especially over the phone, in yearssss.

Childish of me, but I really enjoy walking in and seeing people standing in line, while I bypass that line, get my order and leave. Literally takes longer to walk in than it does to collect my order and leave.“
