Great place to have a meal and drink with friends. We sat at the bar in the winter and devoured the white fish. We returned on our boat this summer to enjoy a yummy meal on the open deck. There's a little splash pad and a nice grassy area for the kids. Great place to dine and unwind with little ones.

The food is good. Family friendly. The temperature was too warm. Our watress was difficult to understand. The bathroom needs help. You can tell they try to keep it clean, but it smells.

Some serious concerns about the food. The poor man’s whitefish is amazing but you could tell the sides were microwaved. I found a piece of torn plastic bag inside the tin foil they most likely used to microwave the sides including broccoli and potatoes.Had the fried pickles as a starter, very good and you get a good amount.Mac and cheese entree was mid. (Microwaved?) Butter noodles with shredded cheese melted on top hardly counts as mac and cheese but what do I know, I just spent $20+ on it alone.Atmosphere and staff seemed friendly but I got takeout so I didn’t get to fully experience it.Overall might come here again and try something else. A little pricey for my liking but it is a tourist town.

Our first time at this restaurant. Great food and portions. I got the beef brisket, and my husband got the meat loaf. We had a beautiful view of Lake Huron. This is one of the restaurants we visited on our honeymoon. We love going up north a couple of times a year. We'll more than likely come back.

This is now my wife’s favorite restaurant in Michigan. We had a really kind waitress who gave us great food recommendations. The whitefish cakes were one of the best appetizers we’ve ever had. Portion sizes were generous. Eating here will be a new tradition for us.

Poorly microwaved meatloaf. The potatoes and meatloaf were $17 and definitely reheated in a microwave, but they did a bad job microwaving them as they were still cold (not room temp, COLD) in the middle. When I microwave something at home, I try and heat up all the food. I’m no chef, but I am good with a microwave. The cheese on top was the true dead giveaway that it was microwaved, as some of the cheese on the plate had microwave burn (see attached picture). Atmosphere and service was great! Waiter was attentive and asked if anything was wrong, but I didn’t tell him because how do you fix a microwaved dish? Go back and make a new meatloaf? They didn’t do that the first time, I don’t think they’d do it to fix the issue. Wayyyyyy to overpriced soft leftover microwaved food.

A wonderful atmosphere can be found here, especially while dining outside on the patio during a beautiful day full of sunshine. The view of the bay and lighthouse both add to the ambiance of this spot as well. I had the shrimp, tossed in Boom Boom sauce, and it was my favorite meal of our 5-day motorcycle trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spending the weekend in the Soo and looking for a good place to eat and someone had recommended coming here. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, was seated right away. Very roomy out in the patio. I had the brisket and my friend had the whitefish combo, both were very good. Prices were a little high but you get a lot of food. It'd be worth a try.

The waitress was not friendly, didn't seem like she wanted to be there. We were never offered refills. We couldn't find the waitress most of the time. Had to ask for our check so we could leave. Food was good for the price.

This location had a fun atmosphere. The food was good but nothing stellar. I had the Mackinac burger and I received what was advertised. It was cooked well and had good flavor. My waitress was friendly and attended to me when I asked. Wasn't as proactive as other establishments have been but that doesn't speak for all of their staff.Would I return? Honestly it's not going to be my first pick but I have nothing against coming back. There just wasn't anything that wowed me. Am I glad I tried it out? Yes of course.

This place saved the day after we had the rudest experience ever across the street at the VI! The vibes were immediately 100x better upon entering the restaurant and our service from all employees was outstanding. The food was all perfectly cooked and came out hot and seasoned to perfection. We also loved the options on the kids menu for the little ones!

My husband and I went here for the first time when we took a day trip up north and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The food was delicious and our waitress was super nice! I wish I remembered her name, but sadly I don't. But I HIGHLY recommend stopping here if you are ever in St. Ignace!
