Placed an online order in the parking lot and then immediately pulled in. Super fast and the guy working in the drive-through Gave me a good laugh when I saw how many napkins he put in after I asked for extra napkins. Excellent customer service and piping hot fries!

Initially went inside to order a meal. No acknowledgement from staff. Decided to go through drive thru. There was a car in each lane. We picked the right lane. The left lane car left first. Then the right lane car. Followed by two more cars in the left lane. We were totally ignored in the right lane. My husband ended up leaving.

There needs to be a better system to wait on people inside as well as outside, especially with the 2 lanes.

I think that this McDonald's has gotten so much of my family and friend's business as we travel between the upper and lower peninsulas. Lots of changes over the years, and we sort of miss the old building, but changes happen and they're usually for the better. Consistently get my order right - and probably not the best long term answer for a healthy diet, but can't complain.

I’m a local, and I eat here very often. I went through drive and then had to go back in to have my food remade. The food they gave me the 2nd time I watched the workers touching it with their hands and it was thrown in the bag not wrapped up properly. I didn’t even eat the food, I took it, left, and went to Burger King. Very disappointed. Service was tremendous. This happened roughly at 12:30pm on monday

McDonald’s has forgotten its base customers, that is the baby boomers. Nothing on their menu is worth $8.00. They truly don’t care for walk up customers, they hardly can handle vehicle service.
