I’m not sure what’s been going on at this location, but the last 4 times my husband and I have placed mobile orders, our sandwiches have been consistently disappointing. They’ve come with barely any toppings, so little that I even started selecting “extra lettuce,” yet we still receive just a few sparse pieces. When I request pickles, I get maybe 4. Same with meat, especially if you order chicken. There’s hardly any sauce, and even when we ask for the sandwiches to be toasted, they come out like they haven’t been toasted at all. I understand that mistakes happen occasionally, but this has been every single time we’ve ordered recently, and it’s really frustrating.

Worst customer service and rudest employees. Asked for Pepperjack cheese and gave some other cheese. Didn’t even handed us the order, kept it near the desk and went to the kitchen without a word. Did not put the sandwich in the bag, rolled eyes and went to the kitchen. We were nothing but kind to them, wondering what did we do to get such horrible treatment!

The sitting area looks super nice and clean. When you go to grab your drinks you can see behind the bar is completely trashed. Health department would love to see gloves and food all over the ground. Multiple people working but none cleaning it up? No one was at the sandwich station bar so we waited, we got our sandwiches and the lady laughed she forgot my cheese… just add it on. Two of them looked super high and had to keep asking what we had multiple times and looked out of it. Empty store by the way wasn’t anyone but us. If you had a rush when it’s not busy just clean, it’s not hard. Just a strange experience.

The staff is very rude. If you dare to ask about anything about the food they will snap at you. I’m always surprised by the fact that while working in the restaurant you don’t know about what you’re serving, even the basic things. The lady did not serve me for sometime, finally when there was no choice she asked very rudely what I wanted. We were a group of 6 , while we were checking our order and grabbing the napkins and stuff she shouted that the place is not for sitting and eating. We were anyways going out because this was our pit stop for food as we were driving ahead for our vacation. The reason she was rude to us is not certain and I don’t want to judge but such a bad experience at this place.
