Wife always wanted taco bell after her wedding - well we stopped by at 10:00p.m. and had taco bell. Turned out great - food was great - Staff was kind. Give your staff a raise.

I visited this Taco Bell with friends around 11 PM. A staff member told us to order within 25 minutes before the store closed. I ordered three rice bowls around $30.07 and paid in full. About 20 minutes later, the same staff member told me they didn’t have rice, so I had to change my order. The new order came about 15 minutes later, but the replacement only cost around $18.
I politely asked for a refund of the $12 difference. At first, the staff member refused and then told me, Seriously, get out of my restaurant. I explained I didn’t think it was his fault, and after asking another staff member, he processed the refund but again told me to get out of my restaurant.
I didn’t make a mistake here, I was just asking for the difference in what I paid. The way I was treated was rude and unprofessional.

They don’t even have lettuce and the pops taste gross and they are rude and when we asked for money back she laughed and had an attitude pls don’t go there

I wish I had taken a picture. They were out of lettuce and our tacos contained about a tablespoon on food inside. When I asked about it one of the workers just shrugged and basically said that we get what we get. Another of the workers gave me a small cup of cheese to add, it wasn't nearly enough to make up for the lack of filling in the tacos. My kids were still really hungry after they each had 3 tacos. Ridiculous.

We came in late (1130), but was told we could have a seat in the dining room and order our food. About 10 minutes later, before we got our food, we were told they were locking the doors, and if we left l, we couldn't get back in.
We got our food and started eating. We were not even half way done, when we were told that the lobby was closed and we had to take our food and leave.
The food was good and the time they gave us was perfect. Just perturbed they kicked us our in the middle of eating.
Put in a mobile order before we got there so we could grab it and get on the road. Waited half an hour after getting there for our order. While waiting, I listened to them get almost every order in front of me wrong. My nachos were missing half of what is always on the nachos, and they were out of what we needed for drinks. Crazy to me to serve someone nachos with no cheese or beans! We didn't have time to wait for them to remake food, and after hearing how customers in front of me who complained were spoken to, no way I was going to say anything.

Terrible Husband and I ordered a box of 12 mixed tacos (hard shell and soft shell). The shells were absolutely flat and there was MAYBE a teaspoon of filling in each and they tasted awful. $23 ! Never again. We rarely eat fast food and thought we’d give it a go. Nope - what a rip off.
