I haven't been to St. Ignace in a few years, but after leaving the ER with my kid, I was SO fricken excited to see it while taking him to McD. I didn't even know it was there. I saw 2 guys working who were both extremely kind & polite & probably didn't judge me at all for all the food I ordered.
And all that food was on point too!! My quesadilla had the perfect cheese/chicken-chipotle sauce ratio & the tortilla strips on my grilled cheese steak burrito were ACTUALLY crispy. It is entirely possible that I was just starving, but it was amazing & possibly one of the best fast food experiences I have had in a while.
The store was closed. No hot water. No door signs advising customers.

With the understanding that 85% of your business is people traveling through I would think you would do a better job at getting orders right and food correct in the bags but we're all human so we understand mistakes are made but when you are disrespected and rudely talk to buy a manager all trying to correct a problem but the disrespect out of the manager was absolutely uncalled for and unnecessary you guys made a mistake own up to it no reason to get shity with me on the phone because I couldn't turn around cuz I was already south of the bridge half my order wasn't there and what was there was wrong asked when the general manager would be around I've been giving the runaround on days and times that he would be there so from someone who eats Taco Bell three times a week I will never be back into that establishment

Not up to Taco Bell / KFC previous standards. Thought it was this restaurant ( Petoskey, MI.) AND then visited the one in Gaylord, MI. and it seems that the corporation has been messing with the menu! They should have left it alone!

This location just seems to be worse than others in my opinion, portions are smaller, service was alright they were friendly but I had to wait 35 min to get my food. Plus the price is ridiculous for what you get. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Very slow, food was not great, waited 15 min to get out food after I got there and we ordered it online before I came.
Food was great the service was great but they were very busy and understaffed. Not sure if they were short handed or what happened. Tables were dirty but again they were short staffed.

Waited half hour being only one in dining room finally had to ask for a refund as my lunch break was over. Was actually told they prioritize the drive thru over walk in customers… will not be returning
