My wife and I stopped in on a weekday morning for breakfast. We were seated near the window of the bakery prep kitchen. We watched the ladies making the dough for all the handmade pastries. I had mentioned to our server that it was my wife's birthday, so after our amazing meal, three of the staff brought over a frilly raised doughnut with a candle and made a big deal out of our special occasion. I was so impressed with the people and the food. DEFINITELY would visit...
Awesome place to eat. The omelets were so good and the portion was pretty big. They have a variety of pancake flavors and the stacks fill the plates. There is no way you can eat them all. Staff is friendly and service is fast. We ate their twice on our visit.
We absolutely love this place, well worth a 7 hour drive from home to eat here ?..Its a must place to eat if you are in Mackinaw or St.Ignace. The prices are good, the food is amazing, and the staff is super friendly. If you come on a weekend be prepared to wait, there is a reason it's busy and yes it's worth the wait...
