I went drive thru last night at 5:40pm. Ordered a 3pc chicken tenders meal and a 4pc chicken tender meal. I was told to wait for my tenders... which I was happy to do. When I got to open our meal the chicken was overcooked and torn apart... couldn't tell 3pc from the 4pc. And our fries only had about 6-8 fries in both boxes. Way over priced. No sauces were given....we were asked twice about our sauces. Very disappointed.

A particular team member with pigtail braids and another with many hat pins stood out. The spicy slaw/chicken wrap was drenched in sauce, requiring scraping. Service and food quality vary at different branches. Recent visits showed that the quality can differ, with some meals being greasy or tough, and sometimes utensils are not provided at the drive-thru. Customers have enjoyed the Mac & Cheese with Chicken tenders, describing it as very delicious and highly recommended, often paired with a Cranberry Starry drink. Despite occasional slow service, many find the food satisfying and worth visiting.
