Worst sandwich I have ever ordered. Ordered a simple grilled cheese. What I received was apparently two slices of cheese that had been either microwaved or somehow grilled alone then placed on two pieces of white soft bread. Who doesn’t know how to make a grilled cheese sandwich?! How is it possible? Somebody works as a cook and does not know that they grill the whole sandwich not just the cheese.? Ruined their menu to cost save. Felt like I was eating scraps. Who wants to pay to eat the kind of meal you have to eat when you have to make due at home cause need to get groceries? Used to enjoy eating there and that’s what they’re still making money from - their menu before they kept whittling it down to basically kitchen scraps. Not paying anymore for the kind of meal you throw together when you run out of stuff and make just cause you need to eat something.
Very slow service and food was the worst
Staff very rude. Also kiosks we’re not working saying they were out of bake goods. Then when I ask for them to add they got mad that they had to ring it up them selves. Very rude. Oh yeah, then asking for a tip😳
