I do like this KFC, but they never answer their phone. My order today was missing chicken. A couple times last month, my order didn't come with the large fries I ordered. It's very frustrating.
We really like KFC but the one in SALINE is the pits! Orders 4 out of 5 times are wrong, poor service, food is not good. 1 star I'll never order from there again.
There seems to be a vibe of prejudice or even racism. Today I ordered Quick Pick Up online and was at the restaurant approximately 4 minutes after the Pick up time. I chose quick Pick up due to the drive thru being slow. The manager informed an employee that I would have to wait. Another customer came in and ordered at the counter in which I heard.
