I recently visited this place, and instead of the drive-thru, we decided to go in and order the tacos for takeout. My child took charge and ordered what they wanted. The attendant kindly answered all our questions about vegetarian food. We placed our order and, after a short wait, took our food and left. Upon arriving home and opening the order, we discovered that two bean burritos were missing, it was incomplete order. Always messes up my order or forget something. Take 20 min to get your food, and you would think if they messed up they would hook you up with something!
I placed an order through the app for pick up. I showed up 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and still had to wait 20 minutes. It wasn't during a busy time of day or anything. The food is always pretty good but the wait times are insane. Clear your schedule if you want to order from here.
