There seems to be a vibe of prejudice or even racism. Today I ordered Quick Pick Up online and was at the restaurant approximately 4 minutes after the Pick up time. I chose quick Pick up due to the drive thru being slow. The manager informed an employee that I would have to wait. Another customer came in and ordered at the counter in which I heard. I do like this KFC, but they never answer their phone. My order today was missing chicken. A couple times last month, my order didn't come with the large fries I ordered. It's very frustrating.
Extremely disappointing. I stopped here on the way home while pregnant to grab dinner for myself and one of my children, and for the price we paid, the food was completely inedible. It all went straight into the trash. Such a waste of money and time. I definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it.

Overall, this KFC is appreciated, but improvement in order accuracy and phone responsiveness is needed.
