There seems to be a vibe of prejudice or even racism. Today I ordered Quick Pick Up online and was at the restaurant approximately 4 minutes after the Pick up time. I chose quick Pick up due to the drive thru being slow. The manager informed an employee that I would have to wait. Another customer came in and ordered at the counter in which I heard. Last two visits haven’t been the best. One visit the Chicken tenders were so dried out you could barely chew. The next visit left out biscuits and a side! I hope they can get things back to where they used to be.

Just when you try and be cool about this place and try it again!! 16pcs Bucket on Board says $39.99 get to the window $49.99 and we are out of Mac and Cheese, Biscuits and you don’t find this out until you have been told to pull up and we will bring it out 35mins from start to finish!! And then you have to pull around and ask them HEY WHERE IS MY FOOD !!! Oh you haven’t got that yet.. Nope?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️
