Flying Trout catered my wedding rehearsal dinner and, in addition to everything being absolutely delicious, they were a well coordinated, polite and all around joyous group of people to inter react with. From the tasting through the actual dinner, Eric and his staff were professional and a joy to be around, I could not recommend their services more. A true blessing to work with.
My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect catering experience for our daughter's wedding reception! From the appetizers to the dinner buffet, every dish was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was elegant and beautiful. Our guests raved about the food, and everything ran so smoothly. The team was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience stress-free. Truly wonderful in every way--we would highly recommend them!
