Had buffet, they ran out of some things. Biscuits were cold and hard. Dismal.
The bar side had a fight. People with family's trying to eat on one side and the owner having a yelling match on the other side. To many drinks made for poor judgement by some patrons.

We cannot stay away, always an enjoyable, relaxed time. My favorite are the homemade soups!

Your waitress Cassidy could try a little harder. We will walk out the door and go somewhere else if she's working. Worst service we've had.

Red Oak is a pleasant surprise. I was looking for a place to relax and write, spacious and friendly. Red Oak was perfect. The service and food was great! I recommend this place in Sanford, a place struggling to get back on its feet since the damn debacle.

Very good food.
Salad, Hot bar with soups and dessert. Comfort food and the best baked beans. I am not usually a fan but they added in brisket. These were so good. Fast service.
Great Comfort Food
New to the area, I was looking for breakfast closer then a 20 minute ride to Midland. Found this place just down the road. Service was very good. The server was the only one, however, Cassidy was able to maintain everyone's needs and keep up pleasant conversations with everyone. I got the breakfast buffet (around 11 a.m.) the eggs were soggy and biscuits were EXTRA dry. Gravy was good and the freshly ordered bacon was on point. Plenty of seating. The first breakfast place I've seen where you could order a shot of liquor if you wanted. Pretty good over all. Will be back.
Met friends while passing through
