The AI stunk but the young lady jumped in and saved the day. She was very polite and humorous
I hate posting bad reviews but I feel it is needed in this case. I have been to this Taco Bell about 6 times now. Each time I have either been missing something, been charged for something I didn't order, or had my order be completely wrong. I have the feeling it's more because of the AI order taking set up they have than the employees, but I think the employees are possibly also not catching basic issues and double checking orders.
