this bigby is awful and so disrespectful, my young friend didn’t get her bragel and she went up to window to ask about it and the worker proceeded cussed out my minor friend and tell her that the people in her car were being rude and then didn’t end up receiving her food also, this is extremely unprofessional and i’m so disappointed in this behavior.
There was a squished bug on the inside of my cup which I didn’t see until I got halfway through my drink- I only noticed it coincidentally out of the corner of my eye through the hole in the lid. Very gross and almost feels like it was done on purpose?

The menu selection is overwhelming, but I like the variety. I don't live near one, so finding a go to will be difficult until I visit enough times. The quality wasn't bad, but the wait seemed long.
