Our server, Kat, was excellent! The food was delicious—the bone marrow appetizer, grilled caesar, oysters — and the steaks were amazing, perfectly cooked. The beignets for dessert with the blueberry sauce, perfection. All in all a fantastic dining experience!
Better service than we knew what to do with. Fine dining is usually a great experience, but the Bowdie's crew made this moment exceptional. Jackson was an attentive server with extensive knowledge not only about the menu but how to make the occasion unforgettable. From the beginning of experience we were at home. Molly & Lydia, the hosts, greeted us so warmly and promptly setup our table. Delcie, the backbone of the front of house, looked like a track star on a runway...
Had a late reso because they are always booked. But it was worth the wait. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfect medium rare. Quality of the beef impeccable! Martinis to the RIM. Just awesome
