We were here in 2021 & couldn’t wait to go back. Unfortunately when we did, it didn’t live up to our expectations. The service was great, but the food was average. I was really excited to see the Grouper Reuben back on the menu, but there was more batter than fish on it. The first time I got it, it was amazing, but I was really disappointed this time. Also, the Island Grouper platter was laughable - the fish was so small. On the plus side, the fish tacos, jalapeño poppers, & chicken egg rolls were good!

Everything was so great! The chicken sandwich on garlic toast with guacamole and bacon is the best sandwich. I had the gator bites too. They are delicious and eat better than chicken.

Great location, Juan was an amazing server. Had an issue with the appetizer and he immediately replaced it and brought us out a new one. Great food, great drinks- will definitely be back!
Spent the weekend in Saugatuck, came to the BARge not once, but twice. Really enjoyed the chicken and avocado sandwich I had. (I also got that both times) Best of all is the location, loved feeling the breeze from the water, and it gave you the lake town feel.

This is a cute place on the water. Street parking. The alligator appetizer was absolutely amazing. Get that. Perfectly cooked. The lake perch basket wasn't as good. The fish pieces were very thin which made the breading ratio suck. The fries were delicious. The views were good too. The server was nice. I will return for the gator bites.

Great views. Reasonable prices given the view. Nice staff. Had a rum punch cocktail, which is pretty hard to not be great, but their juices had very little flavor. Homemade tortilla chips were a plus. Queso was served barely warm. Ok place but did not seem to be very special except for the views and the nice staff.

Trip Advisor gave this a higher rating than the Butler but the food was disappointing and we froze in the restaurant even though they closed some garage doors. We called when they were open to confirm that they were open due to off season but they never answer their phone. Nice water views is about the only good thing I can say...and service was ok.
