Last time We were in town, this place was closed. Next time We visited, it was open and We wanted to see how good this little Cheese Shack was. The Grilled Cheese was Awesome! Recommend trying Em out. They have all kinds of combinations. So Yummy.
The Grilled Cheese Shack is a seasonal restaurant located in a little kiosk close to downtown. They have a decent selection of grilled cheese sandwiches and melts to choose from, or you can build your own. I ordered the avocado melt. It was ready in a few minutes, and I was able to enjoy it under the umbrella of one of the tables. The sandwich tasted great despite being a bit light on the toppings, but I was satisfied with it and the chips that came with it. It’s a cute...
