Applebee's Grill + Bar

Usually visit on a Tuesday after 5 pm. Today we were off early joined the local Applebees for all you can eat wings and sticks before 5pm. Me and my family and company were treated with disrespect and refused service by the bar. We NEVER have an issue in the evening shift. The man behind the bar told ALL of us he was refusing service and asked us to leave. We usually have a 200 dollar bill plus leave 100 dollar tip. Never cause issues or problems. This guy said he's been working there more than anyone and refused us service. Sad cause we liked the place and the people til the afternoon shift. Visit after 5 pm!!!!

The Service was good. The bourbon street mushroom and Swiss was awesome. Food came out in a timely fashion and was hot.

The food was great!! I'm not used to getting such a huge piece of chicken on my plate! The waiter was great! Warned about cutting the chicken first to not burn my mouth.

Friendly atmosphere, very clean, including the restroom. Had 2 for $25. Both had Chicken fettuccine. Very large portions. Served hot, with a bread stick. Kari was very friendly and helpful. Will go back.

Apparently according to the hostess they stop serving 35minutes before closing… obviously 🙄 it’s the worker or this franchisee’s rule!

My mother and I visited this location on June 27th. The restaurant was super busy but our server Mckenzie was amazing!!

She was running her butt off, keeping track of her sections food/ drink orders, helping run food for sections across the restaurant and still maintaining great customer service. We had a great experience overall and I hope she’s recognized for her wonderful service.

Do not come to this Applebee's if you are racial because the servers do not do their job properly and will not come and take your order when they're supposed to. The servers were supposed to come when you get all you can eat every couple minutes to see if the plate needs to be filled and they didn't this little young man I would not recommend this restaurant. The young man name is Aiden H . So rude and disrespectful

Not the experience. I'm not sure if it was how busy they were here, or if its the norm. Will not ear at this particular Aprbee's again.

Been going here for years, stopped by last night was seated and then nothing waited over 20mins everyone walking by not one person stopped to take a drink order or apps, we have been going here for years to bad not anymore.

I had a memorial dinner at the Sault Saint Marie location. The service was excellent and the food was great. Our server, Timi, did a wonderful job! She took care of 18 people like it was a table of four. Many thanks to her and the whole crew that made the occasion hassle free and lovely.

French soup very good, chicken wings over cooked.

Great service, beer was cold and food was good too!
