“Everything about this place is amazing! When you walk in the atmosphere is cozy and cabin like. You are welcomed at the door by everyone with a smile and you’re not just there for pasties! You walk around the “cabin” and it is a gift shop in disguise! There are cozy gifts and keepsakes available to buy all around and each part has a different theme but classic UP cabin feel! I just picked up the cutest apron and oven mitts, and they were underpriced in my opinion! I can’t wait to use them! The pasties are amazing! All homemade, along with their gravy choices and dessert pasties! Oh the mixed berry pasty with cream cheese icing 😍 it is phenomenal! Highly recommend! ❤️“

“The food and coffee were good. We couldn't use the restroom because a lady using drugs was in there and refused to leave, employees did whatever they could to try to remove her from the restaurant. Finally after she left the bathroom was trash. Don't bring small kids to this location too much drug activity. This is not a family safe environment.“

“Personally I don’t like coming down here due to all of the people that hang around here and make a mess. However today I had Sophie she was very kind, helped me with my order, she related with me about different teas and soups that were currently out of stock and how upsetting it was. she ensured and double checked my very complicated order and she overall has the best customer service I have seen in a very very long time. If only every Tim Hortons had Sophie on there team
May come here more often just due to how good her customer service is.“

“I love Tim Hortons, This one Is my normal everyday stop, Customer service is Awesome! I have to say that staff are Amazing ,very polite And always get that nice Welcome. Now I won't lie 🤥 Everyone has there days where we might think as customers that just by the sound of someone's voice going through drive-thru I've heard of people say going through many drive-thrus. “I frequent this location because it is close to where I work. The people are mostly friendly and usually get my order correct. Today, however, I had to repeat myself 4 times at the drive thru speaker and by the 4th time I was yelling (I am sure the cars 5 back heard my order). I paid, picked up my daughter, got home to enjoy my tea on my deck and it’s coffee with two tea bags in it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ An unpleasant surprise. How?🤷🏻‍♀️“

“I ordered a gender reveal cake from them and they did an amazing job. The designs on top were cute and went with our gingerbread theme (What's Baking, He or She). The cake was delicious! I also like how they have recently offered a new build a bear service for the gender reveals where you get to pick out a stuffy and they put a shirt with the gender on it into a cute box. I will definitely be ordering from here again for future celebrations.“

“It’s always a convenient spot for a quick coffee, tea, or snack at the drive thru. This location is very clean. The servers are very polite. Overall it’s a nice place to stop in or meet up with a friend. Try my favorite, a Large London Fog, they also make a good Chai Latte.“
