After a bad incident on my Birthday the girls and the manager were exceptionally great. Definitely a place to get some coffee or a latte. They actually know how to make a correct latte. Manager was very pleasing to speak with along with the women working while I waited. Everyone agreed that Bigby is all about customer service done the right way. Today that was shown greatly. Thanks again.

My sister and I came across from Sault, Ontario just to grab a coffee and a bagel. We had just discovered Bigby’s a few weeks ago and were blown away by the warm & friendly service our first time going. The menu was new to us and our barista was so helpful & kind. Unfortunately our experience today (June 14th around 12pm) was much different. My sister and I agreed this was without a doubt the most atrocious service we had ever received. I get the same drink every time. Sometimes its $7 sometimes its $8 this leads me to believe certain employees are automatically adding a 1 dollar tip for themselves.The quality of said drink also varies on who is making it.Certain employees are very friendly, others barely acknowledge you. The bogo coupons are honestly why I keep going here.When you get one of the good employees the place is great, if they got rid of the bad ones the place would be much better.
