9-ish AM on a Tuesday morning we stopped for breakfast. We got 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. The drinks were done first, very quickly. The sandwiches took a bit longer. It wasn't so long it was an issue. The only problem was that our sandwiches came out at different times and my guests sandwich came out with another for a different order. After a bad incident on my Birthday the girls and the manager were exceptionally great. Definitely a place to get some coffee or a latte. They actually know how to make a correct latte. Manager was very pleasing to speak with along with the women working while I waited. Everyone agreed that Bigby is all about customer service done the right way. Today that was shown greatly. Thanks again.

My sister and I came across from Sault, Ontario just to grab a coffee and a bagel. We had just discovered Bigby’s a few weeks ago and were blown away by the warm & friendly service our first time going. The menu was new to us and our barista was so helpful & kind.
