Our waitress, Hillary, was exceptional. Not only was there a huge party but my party of 5 all needed different things at different times and she *delivered*. Food was salty, expected for a chain though.

Honey bbq was unusually spicy. We had everyone try it and they said the same. So either we are all whiny baby children or something was messed up.

This place has been plagued by bad service since the day it opened. Recently a group of us showed up to watch football. Out of nowhere, our server cuts us off. No one was looking intoxicated, we all ate lots of food and we had a designated driver. Our server admitted he was new to bartending and had never seen people drink that much beer so he talked to the manager and cut us off. This is the craziest thing I've ever seen. Like I said, this bdubs has consistently disappointed in the service department. Sometimes I wonder how this location stays open in such a small market. Bdubs in general through out the usa needs to smarten up.

We travelled from Canada to watch NFL for an afternoon at BWW Sault Ste Marie, Michigan. 3 customers with one of them being the designated driver. After 6 hours of eating (3 different appetizers) and drinks, they told us that Michigan Law Prohibits us to have more than 10 beer (about 1.5 /hour)!!!!! Really! Never heard of this law. We were cordial with all staff during the duration of our stay- but the manager (been there 2 years, she told us!!!) said that this is the only option that we had. We had a calm, uneventful discussion for 2 minutes- but the best outcome/option was we were done being served. Our server Jaxson told us in the year he had been working at BWW he had never heard or seen anyone drink 10 beer in 6 hours?? Anyway - $230 bill, $0 tip for being a complete idiot.

Another run of the Mill restaurant with mediocre food. They have a good selection of sauces but not quite as many as some other large wing chains. If you like watching sports well having dinner then this just may be the place for you and a good enough reason to pay for their overpriced food.

Worse experience ever we were sat outside when it was 85 degrees out last night. This the manager told us was due to the fact that my daughter has a service dog. Even knowing the laws and going over them with my daughter and her answering and explaining. We stood waiting for 20 min to be seated there were only few people in there. Then we were seated outside as stated above not only was it horribly hot out but we were seated in the dark and left. The manager ( has tattoos one on neck it triangle with an eye I side) comes out when we ask why we are seated out there since it is so hot he proceeds to tell us it's because the dog. Which I know for a fact is bs because we go there almost twice a month or more depending and she has her service dog and we have never had any problems before. And never have they made us sit outside in the dark for almost an hour. We were always treated with respect and kindness. And the server was horribly rude also. There were 11 with our group 4 adauls and the children ranging from 17-1 1/2. One of children has severe sezers that are brought on by the heat. This is ridiculous I hope you realize how much money you lost meals for 11 people plus dessert and to the server you lost out on a $ 100 tip or more depending on the service. Thank you for making a tragic week even worse.

Kid-friendliness: Not kids friendly. In less maybe your child's illness can be seen! Not all illness are visible!

8-25-2024 we enter this establishment with 10 people a baby that's 1.5 year old and a service dog it is around 8pm and 81 degrees out side this day and they set us on the patio that was hotter than outside temp not even 2 mins of siting there we all were sweating we asked if we could sit at a table with 6 chairs and a table with 4 they tells us we can't cause the manager said no mind you we have ben here over 20 times in past year cause we like the environment and people always nice and great food at 835 and we still had no drinks no lights on still hot the manager came out and told us he would open the windows cause it was hot and he would get the lights on after looking to tell us it's because some one might complain about the dog that sits under the table and don't make a sound let's not worry about the baby or the ketchup that was in there that was spoiled from heat mind u we walked out at 840 still no drinks no waitress and the manager name was Samuel's is the one with tattoos all over his neck mind you we like it here but never ever had this issue and we don't just eat and leave timing small we tip good we laph adults order drinks we use this place as a family restaurant twice a month kids love it and it's sad that people have to ruin a good thing cause they are worried about some Karen seeing a dog under the table doing it's job I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone very disappointed 1/10

Well we walk in the door the lady asked us how many people we said ten.then she said ok hang on let me see where we can put you.we sat there for ten min .the she came back asked us if we would sit on the padio mind you it's 80 out side.she said it's cause we have a dog.its a service dog.we have came here twice a month with ower same dog they never asked questions. They never came out to ask us if we wanted drinks for like 25 minutes. They were very rude.we never had service like this ever coming here .if you have a service dog I recommend not coming here just disrespectful and rude .
