Wow absolutely horrible, drive thru order was a disaster, Order was wrong, didn’t give me my drink had to turn ground go back thru my added items were not added their attitude was very poor gave me half a fry and I think they spit in my burger or dropped was something definitely going on with it… I was so mad I just ended up going to Buffalo wild wings across the street. Get food with my temper. I did not wanna go back and fight over $21.
BK Franchise: You guys need to pay closer attention to your stores that represent your name. This location is the worst by far that I have ever seen 1 star is giving this location credit if you had -5 that’s what I would have put

Used the app like always. I was charged for items the store doesn’t have .asked for a refund they said I had to go through the app . still waiting on a refund or some sort of communication from the app . The manager was rude and didn’t offer any solution only excuses. Very upsetting

Crappy service people at the drive through always have an attitude and it take way too long like 10-15 mins and the food is sloppy and half the time wrong no one there cares period and I love BK but I'm done getting it I get more mad then anything

If I could rate 0 I would have! Went through drive through ordered burger and fry’s.. Over 10 bucks to start.. THEN got shorted my damn fry’s.. WILL NOT RETURN!!

Sometimes u come here and get veteran discont .sometimes u don't but in Indian river burger King you get a good discont all the time.

Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, they git the order wrong, I returned to exchange for meatless order and they rudely told me I was wrong and would charge me again. Very rude to customers!!

Typical fast food but staff here is excellent. They go the extra mile for their customers, particularly disabled and elderly.

Parking: Parking is plentiful. Easy on/off from I 75 and business spur.

Ordered food recieved something different asked for a refund that said the only thing they can do is give me a $15 coupon when my order was $43, thew the food away in there trash and out 43
