This is a nice clean little diner on the main Street in Sault Ste. Marie Michigan. We were pleased and amused by all their signage, which let you know exactly what was expected. We got there about 2:30 p.m. for a late lunch and there were several other folks finishing their meals. When we left around 3:00, the place was empty, spotless and all the tables reset. A fun, pleasant experience.
Small diner feel, but a bit dirty and unorganized especially behind the counter. Staff and waiter were friendly enough. Food was as to be expected. As soon as you walk in, you know exactly how the food is, there’s no surprises. Breakfast for a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10yrs old was $80 before tip. That seems to be the norm in the area. Unsure if it’s just because of the location and it’s the UP, but definitely a shock. Would not go back.
Stopping in for an absolutely delicious breakfast before starting the day in Sault Ste. Marie Michigan, today's (July 5, 2026) special is an All American omelet, loaded with sausage, ham, bacon, green peppers onions and cheddar cheese, with a soft homemade biscuit on the side, all covered in sausage gravy.
