I ordered the Sushi and Sashimi combo. It was supposed to come soup and salad. For 28 dollars I wanted the soup and salad. The told me 30 minutes. I got there in 35 minutes. I was told told leave and come back in 20 minutes. When I got back the lady told me no more soup and salad. I was given the option to have a can of soda. I told them I wanted food. The answer was no. I said I don't want a drink what else can I have. I was told no other options. So rude. I left without trying the food. Lame.

I have eaten here several times and the food was a delicious and the customer service was great I recommend people that were looking for a great sushi restaurant this place but today i had the worst service of my life. I have 25+ years working in restaurants everything from cashier, cook, to management ( since 14 years old, customer service is drilled into my head) there are just things you do not do when taking an order and talking to people no matter what issues you are going through. I called and placed an order and told the girl that I had several items to order. after every item she rudely asked if i was done she gave me the amount and hung up. did not give me a order number or take my name, or tell me how long till my order was ready for pick up. I placed my order shortly after they reopened around 4:35/4:40, About 5ish I showed up to get my order, figuring that would be enough time and have to wait for maybe 10 minutes. I asked the girl at the counter to speak to a manager and she said hold on. I handed her a paper with my order written on and told her the girl did not take my name or give me a number on the phone. I payed for my order when she found it. I asked politely again for a manger, the girl told me there is no manager just me and one other person. I told her i had a complaint about the girl that took my order and asked who i would talk to if there was no manager and she said no one. I told her that she was really rude on the phone and she said "Well I'm tired and have to cook and take orders and I'm working 40 f@@king hours already this week with one person, deal with it or never come back you are bulls**t." I was starting to get mad and said "Can have my order so I can leave "She said "You a early your order isn't ready for 35 40 f**king minutes. So i asked for a card to call the manager in the morning and went out side to wait. When i went back in to get my order the girl didn't say anything and shoved my order at me. Needless to say I would rather cook the food I like from there my self instead of ordering from there anymore, they just lost a very regular customer due to that one experience

I ordered sushi and shrimp lo mein. The lo mein was just ok. The California roll was disgusting and my son did like the spicy tuna roll. I went inside and paid by credit card. My food was 33.00 and I gave a $5 tip for a total of $38 and some change. My account says they actually charged me $40.64! Added in their own I guess. That is NOT ok.

We ordered a variety of food online for take out, which was an easy process. Our food was delicious and the woman helping us was quick and lovely. They are taking safety very seriously, which is appreciated. Will order again.

We got there 16 minutes after 2 the sign said that they are open until 3 server told us to leave their clothes and did not inform us that they will be opening back at 4:30 for dinner

I tryed to order some things like a hour ish before they closed and the lady that answer hung up 2 times and said what i was order wasn't on the menu. So i went to the restaurant to order in person and they closed earlier then what was post on. Not happy for sure

My friends and I ordered $40 worth of sushi to realize that the serving sizes were really small. It was good, and they have a lot of options.The lady at the register was really rude. We were not greeted, just "What did you order?". Then repeatedly asked while we tried to pull up the order. Didn't want to know the name or order number. She walked away and started trash talking us.Go to Meijer if you want sushi in Sault Ste Marie

Stopped in to order some food here, called the number posted on the door, said voice mail was full, so I went into the super creepy establishment, think combo horror/murder film and meat processing plant without the sides of beef. The woman there snotily asked me if I wanted to order. I said yes and that their voice mail said their mailbox was full. She yelled at me that I didn't know how to use a phone and I did it wrong and I needed to leave and do it again. So I left. Will NEVER go back there again.

I placed a $60.00 order. I went to the restaurant to pick up, mask on, walked in and the lady at the front was immediately rude. She yelled at me and told me to get back in the hall, I then realized it was because of another customer in the pick up area, which I 100% understood apologized and walked back into the waiting area. After the customer left, I walked back in and was told to go back into the hall. After a few minutes the lady waved me back in, handed me my order, and I gave her my card. I go to sign and the pen wasn’t working, I told her and she told me to “forget it and get out” I grabbed the order a got out as fast as possible. After I got in the car I checked the order and realized it was all wrong. Would not recommend, not friendly.
