We ordered food at 5:45. We called at 7 o’clock and they haven’t even started to cook it. They told us it would be delivered within 40 minutes not happy with the service.

I was told this is Sault ste Marie best pizza. Pizza was mediocre. Overcooked and did not get it the way I ordered. May give them another chance.

Had this delivered to our hotel late in the evening and it was really good! The Greek salad was ?? with a good amount (next time, I’ll ask for a lot more chicken though). The pizza was also delicious! The delivery driver was the best! She rocks and has the best personality!!

Best service and Stromboli in the state!!!

We had just found out Guido's deliveries almost to our house so we ordered a thin crust Hawaiian pizza, Italian sub and a small chef salad. I have to say living all over the US this was absolutely the best we have ever had! The delivery guy was a great person for the job also!!

Ordered a sandwich the order was slated to take 55 min, 90 min. later I receiver my order
I had ordered a Italian sandwich with no lettuce but as you would expect yes there was lettuce, not only they put lettuce on it but there profit was lost do to all the extra lettuce that was on my sandwich.
Next I call to state my problems with my food they said it would take several minutes for the manager to get to me ( no customer service) iwasto upset so I hung up

I’ve only been in during lunchtime. Usually it’s not very busy. I always get a half guidos Italian hot sub and enjoy it. My wife got the baby pepperoni pizza and it’s good too. Nicely cooked. No frills dining inside. It looks like they do a lot of takeout and delivery.

First off I was quite generous with the scoring, this was my first time in here, I am a nurse at the hospital and this place came recommended by a coworker, first off they was NOT very kind, very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable, I wasn’t attended with respect, I felt they was being prejudice but I brushed it aside, after I paid it got worse and I will NEVER COME BACK TO BE HONEST, although I tipped the young lady it was basically a waste of my money and time, I guess individuals with color are not welcomed here, especially how they kept looking and staring at me and whispering ? what a negative experience, I hate Dominoes and will prefer to go their instead!!! They treated the
other guess with respect and welcomed them with open arms. When my pizza was finally done which took 35 minutes when others ordered after me, she just slid it to me with a disgusting attitude and as if she just didn’t even want to serve me I wanted to actually take my tip back the cashier DID NOT deserve it nor the establishment ‼️‼️‼️When I got home it was raw and doughy‼️‼️

Visited Sault St Marie people highly recommend this place!! So glad they did!! Food was excellent!! Awesome customer service!!

Food was good for most part beside have half of my order done, then I had to wait 30 more minutes on the other pizza while the rest was done getting cold . 2nd time, back 2 months after first visit said 40 min then get there oh itll be another 30 to 40 min. Really lost me as a customer
