It's been a minute since I've had an authentic Mexican meal like this! I can't recommend the Birria Tacos enough, they were absolutely phenomenal.
We started of with chips and homemade salsa, then ordered the Choriqueso Dip (an explosive flavor of chorizo sausage mixed in their house queso cheese dip) it was unlike anything I've ever had and will be one of the many reasons I return!
Again... Quesa Birria Tacos... Do it! You won't be disappointed I promise you, the consume dip is prepared to perfection.
Finish with the Flan (mexican custard dessert) and you have had yourself one hell of a meal at a very fair price, and don't forget the Margaritas!

The place had plenty of open seats at 6 on a Friday night. Chips and salsa came quick. Waiter was a bit unfriendly but did a good enough job. Noise level was low, which we appreciate. The food portions were standard for Mexican fare. The food quality was not great though. Too much Sysco product and no modifications to it to make it tasty. Overall, bland and not flavorful. If back in the area, we would not return.

What to say about Jose's.... ill say this is the best Mexican food I have found north of the bridge from the simple things like the rice and beans to the crispy and absolutely delicious churros served hot . The tacos were absolutely on point i had the el pastor tacos and want to try all of the other varieties they offer cant miss the service is exceptional too . Real authentic mexican food yes come to Jose's!!!

Jose's always does a wonderful job and they are fast and reliable. We have never had a complaint. Portions are well sized so you wont go hungry for what you pay for. Fair priced and good food. This is our first pick to bring friends and family. Great family-friendly environment.
