Portions are smaller, recipe is different, food cold, ...all in all not what it used to be. Won't order from them again especially with the torture of animals through hala barbaric practices. Shameful and disgusting.

The workers are really rude and they have no professionalism and they have no sense of customer service and i had to wait for a long time to receive my order the staff just throws your food on counter i had a really bad experience never going back again
Very bad experience in KFC as the staff is rude and impolite. I didnāt get much of good customer service as they were too slow and also the behaviour of the employees is worst ever. The rushed and dismissive staff and an unapologetic and sarcastic worker.

Made an order, was only told after ordering that they didnt have the food in stock. asked for a refund and was told it would take 1-3 days to return it. Its been over 2 weeks and they still have not refunded me my money. Finally was contacted by support and told to go into the store for a refund. went in and was told that they couldnt refund it and they could just remake the order instead, but then changed their minds and decided that they couldnt do that because it has been so long since the intial order (which was their fault to begin with) would reccomend avoiding doing any business at this location at all costs.

This place is disgusting, i ordered a chicken sandwich it came with the top bun off the sandwich covered in sauce, this is drive thru, so I take it back say I canāt eat this the outside is covered in sauce and you didnāt give me any napkins. She says āYou have to request napkinsā huh ??? Then she asks me whatās wrong with the sandwich and she says ājust pick it up where there isnāt sauceā Also your employees dont give a single care about cleanliness or anything. Dont eat here ever unless you want to get sick

Staff dont wear hair nets and found a hair in my poutine. No air conditioning so hot had to fan my elderly mother she felt like she was going to pass out.
