Customer service is nearly non-existent at this location. Waited 30+ minutes for an order that was made online well before we arrived to pick up the order. We ended up standing there ignored while other delivery orders and normal in person orders were given priority. On top of this, parts of our order were missing. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this and watched many others wait an unreasonable amount of time for their orders, yet somehow other orders were given priority.
This location is clearly disorganized and probably understaffed. As someone who has worked in fast food in the past and understands how it works, the level of service has gone downhill which is very sad to see.

I’m v.much disappointed with your slow service. You guys made us wait nearly for 30-40 min for a single wrap. And everytime u do the same, making us wait for 30 min at the least. I hope this changes. Sorry to state that you have a v.poor service.

Ate here in the past and was discusted in the food we were served. After a year or so we thought we'd try again. My expectations were I guess to high. Once again the chicken was so saugy and greasy it was mushy. The skin was like a big sponge. What happened to crispy??? It was gross and discusting. Fries were ok. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. Long Live Popeyes!!!!!

There is guy Milan, he didnot how to respect customer. He was arrogant …must teach him how to talk to the client.As there was only two cars on drivethru and they spent 20 minutes to take order when i came on window I saw there was 2-3 table booked in dinning area and around 4 of them working on floor and talking each other. Kfc is always my favourite place though i used to work here but it was not like that its fast food restaurant… work on their speed.

Kfc should be embarrassed with the food there putting out for there prices. Chicken was disgusting taco's disgusting. Always understaffed takes forever to get your order and staff always seem more interested talking then working. How many 1 star reviews will it take b4 corp steps up and does something about this location?
