The employees here clearly do not care about the Macdonald's franchise requirements. They serve expired food and do not even care what the menu requirements are they send out whatever they feel like sending out the window no matter what you order. It's obvious they care not. The doors to this place will close in short order if something is not done to change the course of this vessel.

Well, it's a McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. The McDonald's coffee supplier is Mother Parker's, which is the supplier that Timmie's used to use when it was good. So McDonald's coffee is better than Timmie's coffee now. There's painting on a wall here that's just like a Banksy graffito, which is cool to see IRL, and the workers are great.

Went through drive through ordered Happy Meals for kids, with Chocolate Milks to drink. One Milk was expired by a month, it was sour and definitely spoiled, my child immediately noticed the taste was gross. Unacceptable disgrace, no excuses for that. The machine broke down during my visit, but Manager Anish handled the situation extremely well. He was polite, professional, and immediately offered a complimentary ice cream for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate the great customer service and the way he managed everything calmly.

I was impressed by the guest centric behaviour of the Manager at Great Northern road outlet of McD. We were amazed also to get a response on the outlet number when we called for some wrong food given to us and Manager named Anish promised to make it right and for our Big Mac meal gone wrong and also initiate the refund. On reaching the outlet as promised was deliver and there was so apologetic behaviour from the manager himself coming to the window and himself handing the food beside initiating the refund…it calls for a loud shout to such gestures of customer satisfaction perspectives. Must say “We are loving it”
When I was opening the wrapping on my burger there was sauce all over it and it was disgusting, I didn’t even want to eat it. Please take the time to actually make the burgers properly instead of just smacking it all together. Thank you

So disappointing , I'm done going here, fries are cold or limpy, burgers don't taste good anymore always dry, buns taste stale, pop flat, paper ice cream cups and straws??? Ewww the McDonald's from the 90's was so much better today they lost their touch, all they care about is $$$ not quality

The workers should really listen better to customers when they’re speaking talk because the amount of incorrect items I’ve received from this place is ridiculous. Tell me why I ordered two meals tonight and not a single item was correct but I also had to repeat my order 3 times but clearly they still weren’t understanding. Completely ridiculous and zero excuse for all the mess ups.
