I had an issue with my app, redeeming points for a full meal. Had to go in to speak to someone and was rather upset. However, Ryan came over to assist me at the desk and was very helpful and resolved my issue.
Very happy with his help and I will continue coming to this location when my McDonalds cravings arise.

I went to pick up an Uber order and when I arrived they told me that your order is being prepared and then I asked after 15 minutes they still told me that your order is being prepared. And after that they come to me after 30 minutes and tell me that your order is not in our system, when they should have checked it first and told me, they made me wait for 30 minutes and then returned it.

McDonald’s is my favourite, I called this location, asked if they had hot cakes. I was told they do and they would have them made. I did not want to drive all the way there for nothing but once I was told they have them at that time I drove and then got told there is no hot cakes. It’s not about hot cakes, don’t tell me you have them though. I was disappointed. I drive 30 mins

i called for hot cakes and they said they would be made. there was none made. so we were lied to and i was very upset.
I went through the drive through twice today for a Filet of Fish. First time it was cold, the fish was cold, the bun was cold, the cheese was in the side of the box. The second time, a warm sandwich but becasue I had to go thru twice I didnt get to eat my sandwich until it was cold and fish was not on the bun, cheese was melted in the bottom of the box under the sandwich. I called to speak to a manager who would not share his first name and I wasnt able to hear him. Very poor service and I real disappointment to pay over 15.00 dollars for something not worth eating. Staff at the windows very plesant and smiling

Bro like I get that it’s McDonald’s and you can’t expect a lot but it’s actually so pathetic. The people who work there are incompetent and not to mention barely speak English. I have to repeat my order 3 times just for them to still mess it up. How is that possible? I usually don’t eat in but when I have, every single table is dirty. It’s like the blind leading the blind in there. Ridiculous. 0/5 if I could.

All of the workers (except like 3)here don’t understand a damn thing you ask,cut you off, and give you wrong orders almost every time. If you go 10 times you’ll be lucky if you get 1 correct order. And how can a 24hour drive thru not have a hot drink machine running for 24hours especially in the morning when workers are on their way to work, if you are to wan McDonalds in the Sault go to the one on trunk road
