You know this country has gone to garbage when I dont need to hear back from you to know that I couldnt walk in at 1130 from my hotel room across the street for a late snack because this country refuses to take care of its own problems. Mcdonalds discriminates against people that dont have access to a vehicle at night. I cant use my work truck in your drivethrough.
All because you want to bury your head in the sand about our homelessness problem.

Terrible Drive-Thru Experience – July 26, 2025
I had a frustrating and disappointing experience on July 26, 2025, at the drive-thru (Counter 1). I went there to order a caramel sundae. There was only one customer ahead of me, and once their order was taken, I moved forward expecting to be served next.
Despite waiting patiently for quite a while, no one acknowledged me not even a simple “please wait” or “we’ll be right with you.” I stayed silent, thinking someone would respond soon. Meanwhile, I noticed 2–3 other cars were being served from the other line while I was completely ignored.
Eventually, I had to call out to ask what was going on. The staff member working at my counter showed absolutely no courtesy or professionalism. Her attitude was careless and rude, as if customers are just an inconvenience. If she can’t do her work during the shift, then what the hell she is doing there?
After waiting that long and being treated with such indifference, I left without placing my order. I ended up going to the Trunk Road location instead, where the service was far better.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to retrain staff on basic customer service and respect. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I usually get an iced coffee from this location every day. And usually they are amazing, But today, This iced coffee was the most beautiful, Perfect cream to sugar ratio, It even had an aftertaste of fresh coffee. I have only had a couple sips, But this is review worthy. The store looked absolutely beautiful, And the gentleman who served me was very polite.

NOT OPEN 24/7 !! We are driving through and specifically chose McDonald's because it SAYS 24/7 .. it is not . We got shoed away. Very disappointed.

Not clean, always gets the order wrong and inside a whole mumbo jumbo of cooks without hair nets..gross
i walk into this store high hopes, daughter just graduated. I thought eh wouldn't some mcdonalds be good. No... we get three happy meals. first one nothing in the box but toys and a yogurt. second one has everything but the fries are colder dry ice and the burger has basically nothing that we ordered on it. Then filled with rage and low expectations I opened my happy meal. They got the yogurt, my burger at a mild temperature (pretty cold), my fries were more bipolar then a suicidal teenage girl, and my burger... Small and puny i devoured it in a singular bite.
Chocolate milk was ight
