Prime Cuts is a great addition to Sault Ste Marie even though a lot of the residents of the area don’t understand or appreciate food on this level. Chefs sauces and appetizers are a meal onto themselves and they put out a really nice product. I brought my whole team there for a holiday meal and it was a level they hadn’t experienced in the Soo. If you’re looking for regular cheap food, likely fried and heaped with carbs, don’t go here because you’ll just complain...
Highly recommend the cherry bbq pork. This place has great food, waiters are on it and helped with recommendations.

The Sault is a small town, so the cuisine options are already limited, but Prime Cuts is a standout. It’s head and shoulders above many other local restaurants in terms of quality and authenticity. It IS a bit more expensive than some other spots, but if you’re looking for high quality food, I highly recommend!!!!
