Unfriendly Service from a Particular Barista. I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but there's one barista who consistently makes the experience unpleasant. She's shorter in height, wears glasses, and always seems to have an attitude. Every time Iāve interacted with her, sheās been short-tempered, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in providing good customer service. She rushes through orders, never smiles, and acts like you're bothering her just by being there. Iāve seen her be the same way with other customers too, so it's not just a one-time thing. It really creates a negative atmosphere, which is disappointing from a place that usually focuses on customer satisfaction. I hope management takes note, because one rude employee can really ruin what should be a simple, pleasant coffee run.

I š Starbucks but this location in the upper Michigan Peninsula is an āin-store/authorized sellerā This is not a True Starbucks location. You can clearly tell simply by the way youāre greeted. If you choose to continue an order, please make it standard as the customer service is not what someone from Seattle expects. The barista didnāt even know what the discovery series is! He said āI have no idea what that is, we get boxes and just put them out thereā

Refused to scan app for points. Not impressed when I asked how they could ask to get me points added refused to have the conversation. Not friendly staff. Just wanted payment to move on to next guest.

Just a franchise starbucks. What can ya expect. What I didn't expect was spending $4+ to buy a drip coffee with a single espresso pull. $$$$
