Came in after work. Three staff, one manager, one in training, and one full time. BEST INTERACTION EVER. Super impressed with the managers training and how on the ball the other full time staff was. The new employee is going to do awesome with these two by his side. Quality of taste always amazing. Definitely coming back!!The manager here is the definition of a TRUE sandwich artist

Online order. Used the wrong type of bread in both subs. No cheese in one of the subs and wrong sauce was added. The manager and employees are very cheap as they wont put extra toppings. I would avoid this place at all cost and drive little further to another subway 216 Second line

Avoid this location, online order wrongfully made no refund offered, sub was very flat with almost nothing in it. Very cheap people with the manager being delusional and ignorant. Highly Recommend going to another subway store

So I work nearby this Subway and have been here twice for breakfast. Absolutely terrible experience! The staff is rude and d**** I asked if you have any special series chef-crafted sandwiches for vegetarians and a girl yelled number 11 without even looking at me. There was a guy called Deep probably who yelled at me again. Might be they are not doing it intentionally and I don't complain easily but I had a similar experience last time as well, the same girl served me the last time and I let it go because I thought maybe she is having a bad day but no, they are just ill-mannered and rude. On top of that, they have zero understanding of the menu, I ordered a number 11, and the Deep guy still made me build my own sub and then I paid $8 for a build my own sub with no green goddess dressing or whatever. I have worked in fast-food myself for over a year and I think I developed a better understanding of the menu in five minutes that I spent there than these people who do it every single day for a living. Never going back here, not interested in starting my days with breakfast like this. Probably you guys don't care, but you just lost a regular customer! Thank you!

Up until today I would have given 5⭐️ however today I called the store to see how to work around an issue with ordering off skip. Skip had no way to modify the sandwich. (No choice of bread, toppings, toasted...... There was definitely a language barrier in which I had no problem being patient and working through it. However the employee decided to hang up on me. I called back and the same employee hung up on me again. I called a 3rd time and they decided not to answer. The manager (I assume) called me back without me asking which I thought was good on their end. He asked me if he could call me back in about 10 minutes (I could tell they were busy) I said no problem talk to you soon. An hour and a half later still no call. I will order from somewhere else from now on. To bad because I really liked this store... ?♂️
