Up until today I would have given 5⭐️ however today I called the store to see how to work around an issue with ordering off skip. Skip had no way to modify the sandwich. (No choice of bread, toppings, toasted...... There was definitely a language barrier in which I had no problem being patient and working through it. However the employee decided to hang up on me. Michelle was cool and calm under pressure (she was on her own and there was three people in line). She maintained her composure, greeted the other guests, all while making phenomenal subs. Excellent experience all around!
