They advertise they support SPC all over the store but every time i try use my spc card they refuse it and start 30min education period for them to know they cant. its a hassle, stuff are the worse by all means. Just run away from this location please there is another one in station mall thats way better.

Paid for the dipping cheese burrito, not even the length of my hand and it fell apart when I started dipping it. What are the shells even made of they are so thin?

No line ups but still the food took almost 30 minutes to come out. I only ordered 3 tacos and a burrito. You ask the staff what’s going on and they don’t know what to tell you. Management should train them better on how to deal with these situations.

Very friendly staff, but the service is a little slow. The sauce packets are in a bin, so you don't have to ask for extra if you need it. Very clean and bright inside.

Bottom line up front, save your time and money and eat at home or go almost anywhere else.I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in a while but I’m amazed at how far the franchise has fallen. Maybe it’s just this one.I ordered online (probably my first mistake) with pickup time of 3:00, giving the staff ample time to prepare the order and showed up at 3:00. My simple order was not ready for another 15 minutes while the staff tried to figure out the online ordering system. Several other customers had a similar problem while we waited.Once I got my food there was maybe a tablespoon of meat and cheese in each Gordita crunch and they looked like they had been sat on - more fillings in the paper than the taco shell.The place was evidently understaffed, and what few staff who were there were Trudeau and Singh’s “new Canadians” - it was frustrating trying to explain my problems to someone who doesn’t speak English and didn’t really seem like they cared about the job or the customer.Won’t be back. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Takes a year to get your food and it's always bad or wrong. Never ever does uber order. They have Canceled every order I have ever ordered.
