Slowest service ever took 35mins to recieve a coffee and when I asked where my order is she said i don't know be patient were busy can't you see while there are 8 crowded workers back there that I can count but probably more if i didn't enjoy the coffee so much I'd probably never go back the service is horrible not to mention 9 times out of 10 they mess ur order up also for such a busy franchise you would think k they would have bigger parking areas

Asked for broccoli soup. Found chile when we got to our destination.Bacon in the sandwich was undercooked and appeared to be the cheapest bacon around with very heavy smoke taste. The crispy chicken was tough. Will be hard pressed to visit again.

Go here almost daily evening time is the worst coffees al 3/4 full they always hit the small suger regardless of the size and then just dip the spoon in the cup it happens at both stores by same owner lack of over sight and to think you close your doors at 7pm Jesus I will travel to a other part of the city for a decent coffee or ice capp

Love these guys, they really do care about my health, no matter i ask for 3 sugar or 10, never got more then 2 sugar, plus extra 1 minute wrist exercise because they also want me to mix those 2 sugar by myself.

How do you not notice this when pouring and serving a black coffee? The cups are horrible and you can't use your own AND you are charged extra for another cup. Time to change your supplier because the lip is either smooshed in or the seam on the side leaks.The evening staff except one are rude and ignorant as well. No customer service at all. I much rather go pay the difference at Star Bucks to get the service and quality!

I hate leaving reviews, but this place is the worst in the evenings. This is not the first time I've gone there around 6pm (after dinner when you want dessert) and they're out of stuff. Today they were out of EVERY baked good. Watched the girl make my extra lrg dark roast out of three different pots and still wasn't enough to fill the cup. Steep tea was cold, asked for another and they didn't have anymore brewed.This being said, the morning staff, Monday to Friday are great!

Oh ya, this is the place! The baked good are usually very fresh. I dont think I have ever had a fresh tim bit, but here I often get them while they are still warm! Ooooooo yeyy! They make their drinks well also, i have never had to go back because of a wrong order or wasnt made properly. They make a mean Marble Swirl hot chocolate! Coffee is always good and fresh all times of the day, but especially morning when it is most important! Large parking lot with lots of spaces including handicap spots. Clean interior and bathrooms. Very bad experience makes whole day bad . Employee is not experienced and very unrespectful don’t even know what costmer paid for and argue unnecessarily.
