l find at this location, tims staff looks very unhappy and no facial expression and l have to repeat what l would order. Most of the time they cannot make a caramel ice cap, l stopped ordering it. l find when l walk into tims it feels very cold. l rate it number 2
There was an issue between the app and the in-store system with an offer. The initial interaction was frustrating, as the front staff member seemed annoyed about staying past her shift and suggested the issue was my fault, despite the offer appearing on her screen and then disappearing. After about 30 minutes and the help of two managers, the issue was finally resolved.
