Staff were friendly. Restaurant was dirty and needed tlc. No frozen drinks were available as machine was down. Custard tart was stale, which is too bad because they are super when fresh.

Personally I don’t like coming down here due to all of the people that hang around here and make a mess. However today I had Sophie she was very kind, helped me with my order, she related with me about different teas and soups that were currently out of stock and how upsetting it was. she ensured and double checked my very complicated order and she overall has the best customer service I have seen in a very very long time. If only every Tim Hortons had Sophie on there team

Either they changed their recipe or my taste buds are burnt out, coffee definitely has changed and not for the good.
