I ordered a drink that was not prepared correctly. Since this wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced such an issue at this location, I called to express my concern. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my complaint respectfully, they responded with a dismissive attitude and used inappropriate language before ending the call.
When I returned to the store to return the incorrect drink and request the correct one, the same staff member displayed even more arrogance and hostility. This level of customer service is unacceptable and disappointing.

Nothing's made there anymore it all comes in Frozen. Used to enjoy those fresh donuts early in the morning, country style all the way and it's funny how much McDonald's coffee tastes like Tim Hortons old coffee. Is it because they're using that Canadian manufacturer wild Tim Hortons is more for profit instead of quality and who you're hiring doesn't help me I find a frustrating.

Another lady was infront of me, we both had to wait forever. Drive through people looked over at us 6 times never said a word, a girl in the back looked up 5 times ignoring us. Probably took 8 minutes before someone acknowledged us

I’ve ordered the flatbread from here multiple times, and every single time my order is messed up. They always put cheese only in the center, leaving the sides dry and plain. It’s like they either ran out of cheese or just don’t care about quality. Super disappointing, especially after giving them so many chances. Definitely not ordering again unless they fix this.

Don’t go in and order food, i ordered 1 ham and cheddar sandwich and waited for 20 mins. My friend ordered 7 burgers from the Wendy’s next door and he was waiting for me and my one sandwich! Crazy

Can’t believe I even have to leave a review I always frequent Tim Hortons. But on route to Northern Ontario stopping at this location I had a tea which was like hot water with lots of cream, and then a medium latte that was only half full! Would not return to this location.

You might want to double check your hours here and in the app. They say drive thru is closed at 10. Staff at drive thru didn't seem too interested in making note of it to get it fixed.
No one was watching the counter at all had to wait 10 minutes before I found an employee even then the service was not good. Coffee and tea should not just be slid over the counter.
