So slow even with a mobile phone order in advance. Twice now I’ve had to wait upwards past 10 minutes for them to make one wrap and grab me a donut. This last time another gentleman was obviously waiting longer than me for a wrap and asked twice what was taking so long.

Got back to my hotel only to have so much sauce this time my habanera wrap is a soup

I will not be back

I am very disappointed with my experience. We came through the drive through and ordered our drinks, and we then wanted to order pastries. The lady taking our order was giving us one word reply’s and rushed us to answer. When we asked if they had any pastries, she said no. Upon entering the building minutes later, there was a whole rack of desserts, full. I don’t know if she didn’t feel like taking our order, but we had to go out of our way to pick up her slack.

Rep on Fri 17th Sep @ 8:35 am on cash register was very rude. I was showing him an offer that I wanted to use, and he wanted to see it on my phone. Then, he started touching my phone and talking to me as if I didn't know what I was saying or ordering. (P.S. If I am telling you about an offer from a phone app, I DO KNOW WHAT I AM ASKING AND HOW TO USE THE APP). Please learn some manners when you are helping customers. Also, since your location is so close to the US border, that is how you represent your and Canadian culture to other countries.

Very, very dirty restaurant. Covered in trash, food waste, and flies.
This place fails at all levels of cleanliness in the customer area.
I can only imagine how bad the staff and kitchen areas are.

Asked a staff member 3 times today to relay a message to the person making my iced capp how much cream to add (I have a sensitivity, can only have so much), the staff member looked at me like I was wasting her time and refused to say anything. I finally caught the attention of the person making my order and relayed the message, member making it took the instructions, staff member who took the order got an attitude.
Shouldn't have to relay the message multiple times to multiple people to receive the order I'm paying for with a request to accomodate a sensitivity just because 1 team member doesn't find it necessary to take instruction.

something that happened over a year ago at this great northern road Tim’s has stuck to me since that day. It was May 2023, and I was new to Canada. I saw an interesting looking donut at this store which happened to be Honey Cruller. English isn’t my first language and obv I get self conscious pronouncing certain English words. So I hesitatingly asked the cashier (a young guy-white/canadian) “can I have the honey cr-u-lllerr? Sorry I don’t really know how to say it.” He gave me a smile and a thumbs up like “no you’re great!” And it made me so comfortable when just a minute ago I was anxious to say it. To the cashier, I’m sure you don’t remember our interaction, but you’ve inspired me to be kinder and I think of your kindness to this day!
