Just ordered a meal and when we got home only got half our order. My wife went back and instead of the rest of our food only recieved a 4 piece. Moral of the story Im going to have to hold up the line and check the bags every time now. Honestly it's going to be a while til we go back too.

I cannot begin to tell you what happened here last night on Jan. 30 2025. We waited 40 minutes for our food. FOURTY MINUTES. For burgers and fries. They had about 79 people working in the back too (who were mostly laughing and singing) while myself and a few other frustrated customers were waiting in the lobby for our food. How could this be? I work in the customer service industry so I am very forgiving when it comes to this type of stuff but a 40 minute wait for this type of food is unheard of and uncalled for.
The kid working the cash was OUT and offered no help or even an apology for what was going on and the woman who appeared to be the supervisor was not too nice at all. When we finally got our food the burger buns were stale, the meat was dry and the fries were ice cold. You'd think after all that time the food would be tip top terrific right? NOPE. After everything was said and done including ordering, payment, waiting forever and finally eating we were at Wendy's for an hour. We spent an hour at Wendy's. What a disaster of a visit. Myself and my friends will never be back to this location. We should have went to a different restaurant. Deplorable.

Went thru drive through. Your burgers are not that good, messy and tasteless.
I love Wendy's!What I dont love? When I'm missing food, or the very fact that SEVERAL times, my fries have been almost cold! Not warm by any standard.. room temp at best. Indont know bout the rest of yall, but I'm not paying the amount they charge for cold fries.

I always do a custom order and they get it right nine times out of ten. The staff is friendly and fast. It’s great that they’re open until midnight since I usually work late.

My online order got missed, understandable, I’ve never seen a Wendy’s so busy as this one. They made it a priority to get our order out quickly, the communication between those making sandwiches and the front counter was great and we had our food with very little delay.
