My 4 year old daughter was over the moon excited for the new crabby patties only to be beyond disappointed. There is nothing special about this meal, no special boxes or wrappers literally nothing defining this from a regular meal. The burger isn't even served on a sesame seed bun. The staff was less than helpful when asked for clarification and it's almost like they weren't actually ready for the launch. This was beyond disappointing

Ordered a large fries, the only thing large is the box. Only HALF fries in there, pretty annoying when you are hungry. Manager should at least make sure their employees know how to put fries inside a box.

Great environment, friendly staff, great food. Cheap food, loads of options. My only complaint is the restaurant always seems to be a bit dirty when we eat inside. Neither the Wendy’s workers or Tim’s workers seem to be cleaning or take ownership for keeping it clean, definitely eat out not in.
