Most horrible experience passing through Sault Ste. Marie. we were hungry and stopped at great Northern Road for quick food. could not believe how long it took to get food at least 40 minutes! the whole attention This business gives is the drive-through and skip the dishes etc…while we’re sitting there we watched a bunch of sketchy people, , Like It was if they were using it for a warming centre For homeless. when we finally got our food, the order was missing one piece and they added fries to the other order which we didn’t want. The burger taste terrible. It was Doused with way too much sauce and hence the bun was wet/soggy. bunch of hired help in the back that don’t know how to prepare per standard . Finally the take out delivery couriers were in and out of there, between that and the drive through you, the dining in customers are simply ignored and anyone in that line up was very upset with the wait….I have nothing positive to report. Will never go to this particular fast food located aT Great Northern Road SSM, Wendys Management should be ashamed the staff need to get retrained!

Worker at the front handled my food without gloves then dropped one of my chickens on the counter at front after we had asked for a bag to go because we placed a to go order. Very gross and unsanitary

We specifically asked for a Dave’s single with no cheese and only lettuce tomato and ketchup and they put 2 slices on the burger. We then called back twice and both times were met with a rude response and the guy said that he could not remake and give us a new sandwich because he was 100% sure he didn’t make a mistake. I am lactose intolerant and could not eat the burger so my money was wasted.

Excellent service the ladies in there are dynamite. They are so helpful, I haven't seen too many gentlemen serving but they are great too. The food is always perfect the lettuce I always have to ask for more. Lol. It's clean in there. Try the Wendy's phone app that'll get you a few more sales. Since we don't get the paper out of town for the sales.

Ordinarily the food is good but ordered 3 chili cheese nachos and got no chill on any of them.

Came here right at closing (I went to the other location and they closed 20 mins early) and not old was our food hot and fresh but they stayed open for an additional 10 mins just to cook it fresh for us. They were all very kind and helpful. Was so very happy due to the staff at this location. Highly recommend and now I will be steering clear of the other location (near station mall)
