The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, yet very easy to talk to. I was surprised at how large the selection of wines and beers they had on hand, and they make a good cocktail too.Not only do they offer great service and exciting events at Local Pour, but they also have a catering license. This means that you can have them pour Michigan wines, beers, and spirits at your own private event. My husband and I had Steve Salisbury, an employee at Local Pour, come to our house to present and pour wines for a wine dinner. Steve made everyone feel a part of the conversation, whether they were a wine aficionado or a novice. He gave great background information about Michigan wines in general as well as sharing the stories of the producers and vineyards. It was a memorable night for everyone!
