First bad dining experience at this restaurant! 4 waitresses came in contact with us until finally the last stated this time is for sure, I will take your order. Ok! I asked for fresh scrambled eggs and the waitress stated in a huff, yah whatever you want.. I received dry, rubbery liquid eggs. You can’t fool a cook! Cold, leathery bread… and a less than friendly staff.. If this place is trying to position themselves as a finer dining experience with the high price tag, then DON’T serve like a diner and hire a staff that understands finer dining and not diner waitresses.. From someone who grew up in the restaurant/fine dining environment, this place has fallen short today. I’m afraid that this could be their new atmosphere! Diners are a “dine and ditch a dozen, in the state of Michigan, but one expects what she gets.. Not all diners expect her food to be delivered dry, cold, and earlier than expected.. I like it well prepared, hot and tasty! I may not be back to try the diner experience again!

This place is awesome. Check it out. The homemade chorizo breakfast is amazing. We know the owner and his wife from the restaurant they owned on 9 mile road in Warren. Love the French toast. My daughter owns the kiddie salon next door so we eat there alot. Been ordering lunch 3-4 days a week, their oatmeal, fresh muffins, fruit and yogurt with granola and their potatoes are the best. If you haven't stopped there yet u have to give it a try. Thanks again Val for opening another fabulous restaurant.

the food is amazing. there definitely is a selection of items to choose from, i’ve tried so many different meals from B&R and i can confidently say all of them are delicious and well prepared. the restaurant is kept to a great standard, it’s very clean and lively. the staff is great as well, very friendly and ready to help everyone. if i could give this place 100 stars i would. Keep it up!

Service was good. Owners try to elevate a breakfast meal to the highest quality but fail to hit the mark. The restaurant was too dark inside to read their menu, served rustic bread that was too thick and dense, country gravy tasted like from a can, french toast was burned, bacon was hard and burned, coffee too strong and sour. cubed potatoes too dry. Sorry, after several attempts to like this place I won't be back.
