Due to a power outage my July 13th event for ten was cancelled last minute. Miranda, the owner appeared sincere in her apologies, promising a swift refund. She even promised to arrange another party for myself and guests including complimentary champagne and charcuterie for my guests at her expense. Three weeks later despite calls, texts and a visit to the venue to inquire I have yet to receive my $500 refund. Totally unprofessional.
Great place. Went to a Baby Shower. Had a wonderful time. So much fun decorating our cakes to take home. The Host and Owner were fantastic. Just Beautiful!
And the cakes taste good too.
The cake she made for my sons birthday was absolutely delicious. I got so many compliments on it!
