Why do you keep sending me to a virtual rep when I have a serious issue with my food? I found this tonight 2 bites into my bowl. I’m not sure if it’s skin or plastic or what but it’s huge. Not sure how that was missed when preparing it but I’m glad I didn’t choke on it. Your virtual assistant want kind enough to offer me BOGO on my next order but this is actually disgusting 🤮. Minimum I should get a refund on my bowl
My burrito bowl was half full the last four times I've gotten it home. Food is cold and missing every time. Poor service at the drive in.
