The store is supposed to close at 9pm, yet the person behind the counter told me that they couldn’t make the ice cream I wanted because they already cleaned the counters- this was at 8:54 pm. If this store is supposed to close at 9pm, it shouldn’t close at 8:54pm.

Been purchasing cakes from here for multiple years. Unfortunately, this time around was told that the staff cannot write on cakes anymore was told had to order a day in advance. I was told that she was not allowed as an employee to even attempt to write happy birthday on the cake. In case you’re wondering, it was a large cake that costed $40 with plenty of room to write it on!

I ordered a peanut butter cup perfection medium waffle cone. I had maybe 10 pieces of peanut butter cups and no fudge. When I asked if they made the right one because it looks nothing like the picture I got a very rude, short answer. Very disappointed. Their answer was the display is made to look pretty. Not sure why they couldn’t have at least sprinkled some candy on top and squirted some fudge on there to look a little like the pic. Since they don’t fully clean the marble slab that they put the ice cream on in between people, my husband, who hates peanut butter had ice cream that tasted like my peanut butter. We should have ordered his first.

The nastiest and rudest girls that work there. The attitude problem is ridiculous. Will never come back here after having my ice cream that I paid $27 for thrown across the counter at me. Will drive the extra mile to go to the chesterfield location where you are treated with respect.

Pretty good iced cream. Dale was upset that it wasn’t in biking distance but that’s his problem. He didn’t have to ruin my night though. Good service.

The girl who was serving us was incredible and so so nice. However, whoever had a bun in their hair on 6/1/2023 at 7:30pm was incredibly rude to the man and son in front of us. He had clearly never been there before, and instead of helping him she was extremely hostile. His son ordered birthday cake and was given vanilla ice cream. When they asked what they did wrong, she took the ice cream back and was mumbling to the other girls next to her clearly about him and his son (who did nothing wrong). Sorry you had a bad day, you don’t need to take it out on everyone else. You chose your job, either make the most of it or quit.

When I walked into this store I entered into another dimension. The wait was so long, even though there were 3 employees, somehow with just one couple ahead of us it was taking so incredibly long. When my turn finally arrived I ordered the non-dairy chocolate with sprinkles and strawberries. Was a little distraught to see “strawberries” actually means 1 strawberry for $1.09. I spoke up and she added more at no charge. Was also curious about chopping up the non-dairy ice cream on the same surface they had just prepared dairy on. I don’t have milk allergies, which would have been really problematic, but how about keep the dairy cross contamination out of the orders requesting non-dairy? My husband tipped them. What a good man.
When you are an ice cream shop how do you run out of basic nessities.

Dropped by the other day for some last second Ice cream craving. I ordered the dark chocolate and mint mix and it was so freakin good I want more! My sister ordered cookie dough but she said it tasted like vanilla even though we confirmed it was their cookie dough. Wouldn't recommend cookie dough.. my husband had the dark chocolate and coffee mix and he loved it. There were 3 ladies working and serving. They were all helpful but one has very dry and sort of an annoyed attitude or maybe just wanted to go home idk.. overall not a bad place
