Just picked up a $50 birthday cake I ordered online - counter girl was rude - basically tossed my cake on the counter - I said “Can I see it?” She either didn’t hear me or chose not to listen. She asked do you want a bag? Ummm why wouldn’t I want a bag to help carry the big cake? The young girl that waited on me was extremely helpful and friendly. I did not catch her name unfortunately. But I was there on a Tuesday night around 745. I got the ice cream cupcakes. This is the third time we’ve had an issue with a take-out order straight up being wrong. I’ve contacted corporate a few times but no reply so I’ll leave a Google review.

When this store does it right, they do a great job! The problem is the inconsistency in them getting it right.

I can update my review when I notice orders are actually proper.

If you go in person and supervise them making your ice cream, you won’t...
