One of the worst experiences. We waited for 30 minutes in line before making it to the front. Where we waited another 15, at the register, with no sign of progress. It was also very dirty. There was no sense of urgency for the employees, considering people had been waiting there for close to an hour. Very bad service. Will not return.

I’ve been coming here for probably 10 years. I come with my family every week. we always receive free waters upon request. However, today was a different experience for us. A small cup of water now costs 25 cents! this is obviously tapwater and is not very pleasant to drink. These were accompanied by a pissed look by one or the employees. How about serving sanitary water to your customers? Do better Rainbow Plaza Dairy Queen!

Ordered a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard today. No cheesecake, very little fudge some caramel flavor. This is the 2nd poor experience at this Dairy Queen. We just moved to this area & will not go here again.

Fast efficent and friendly one of the better dairy queens I have been to they have indoor seating so its a good rainy day ice cream place! Its also open to 10pm which I really like because if im out with friends at 9pm they are still open! The staff has improved since these other comments her on the list as we had a group of 14 and had no negative encounters

The employees need to be trained again on health and safety. Multiple employees go from touching their faces, clothing, or phones and go right back to making orders. One employee came out of the bathroom with a cleaning bottle and set the bottle down and went to making ice cream. No washing hands or anything. I got my blizzard immediately threw it out and walked away. Just very disappointed with the self awareness of the employees

Who doesn’t love swirled, soft serve vanilla ice cream towering a crispy cake cone?! Oh and any other kind of ice cream treat too! Friendly employees and nice little shop!
